Taking the first step toward mental health support can feel daunting, but you don’t have to go it alone. Reaching out for help is a true act of courage, and I’m here to make sure you feel heard, understood, and supported. With me, you’ll have someone who listens without judgment, offers guidance when needed, and isn’t afraid to gently challenge you to grow. My goal is to help you build the skills to face life’s challenges confidently and, when you’re ready, move forward on your own—knowing I’m here as a safety net if needed.
I work with teens and adults, tackling issues like depression, anxiety, self-worth, trauma, and substance use. My experience spans drug rehab, high school settings, outpatient programs, and private practice. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), education, mindfulness, and lots of listening because I believe in meeting you where you are.
Since grade school, I’ve known I wanted to be a counselor, drawn to the power of simply being heard. Sometimes, just having a space to process out loud brings clarity, and I’m here to provide that space for you.
