Hi there, I’m Ms. Jen! I love to partner with families like yours to help children who may be struggling with issues commonly associated with ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Differences, PANS/PANDAS, mood disorders, and trauma. Parents, caregivers, and siblings are part of the therapeutic team and are supported and educated on how to go from chaos to connection using my playful, integrative approach. Using this approach takes some of the heaviness that can come from counseling away and build a sense of safety and connection within the team.
Through play therapy, artistic expression, biofeedback, neurofeedback, therapeutic music and movement, relational neuroscience, and therapeutic nutrition, we work together to overcome challenges with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, sensory integration, social navigation and relationships, and types of trauma.
