I am trained in EMDR, level 2 and specialize in trauma therapy and trauma-informed care. Identifying what is distressing, what your strengths are, I adapt my treatment approach based on the client's needs. I offer the recommended cognitive behavioral approaches, as well as solution focused brief therapy. Gottman Method couple therapy for healing and growth.
