With over thirteen years of post-graduate clinical experience, and a certification in perinatal mental health, I can provide therapy support for parents experiencing difficulty with managing stress and emotions during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Whether you recently welcomed a newborn and are feeling the challenges of adjustment, or are a stressed out mom with young ones at home, I am here to offer support.
I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International to better help those experiencing a tough time during pregnancy and postpartum. I have experience offering support to those with postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma, and OCD.
I provide a non-judgmental, calm and relaxing virtual experience for you, the client. Virtual therapy is also a convenient way of receiving the support you need while finagling schedules, tasks, and caring for newborns/little ones. I can help you learn new ways to cope with everyday stressors of motherhood/parenthood and reach the goals you want to achieve.
