AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD) Skills Group for Adults
Do you need routine and crave novelty? Run on hyperfocus one day and hit a wall the next? This is a virtual 14-week group for adults with autism and ADHD. In a small cohort, we work through what generic anxiety or ADHD groups miss: emotion regulation, rejection sensitivity, sensory regulation, executive function, burnout, masking, self-advocacy, and relationships. Each session follows a predictable structure with concrete tools you can reuse, drawn from CBT, DBT, and ACT through a neurodivergent-affirming perspective. Fidgets welcome & stimming normalized. Virtual AuDHD group open for clients in most states.
