About
Are you feeling disconnected from your sense of self or purpose? Has your life gone in a direction you are unhappy with? Are you struggling as a parent or in your relationships? We are all a work in progress. We have each developed our own unique way of experiencing the world and how we interact within it. At times, that experience can be challenging and uncomfortable. Engaging in counseling is a courageous and empowering opportunity to turn inward and actively invest in living your best life.
A foundation of trust and safety is imperative in the relationship between counselor and client. From there, our partnership is one of collaboration. I believe all the tools you need lie within you, but I will be a supportive guide as together we explore where/why you feel “stuck”, move you through that feeling and onto who and where you want to be in life.
Though each person’s experience in therapy is different, I will consistently provide you with professional services tailored to your specific needs in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. I would be honored to be a supportive guide on your journey to the life you deserve to live. Call me or check out my website today and let’s get started!
