About
Coping with stress and life transitions can be overwhelming. Finding a supportive, empathetic professional to support you through the process of change can help. My goal is to provide a supportive, caring environment where individuals and families can work together to navigate stressful transitions, resolve conflict, and develop skills to cope with life stressors in healthy ways.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 16 years experience working with individuals and families in both outpatient settings and the public schools. I have worked with individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, learning differences, relational issues, loss and trauma.
I utilize a practical, solution focused approach with clients, as I believe in empowering individuals to develop the skills needed to cope effectively with the challenges in their lives. I provide a safe space to explore the barriers to personal growth and the guidance to change negative and unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behaviors.
