Hello, I know connecting with a new therapist can be scary at first, whether it's your first time or you've been in therapy before. I am here to work with you to decide what feels right for you. I believe you are the expert on your own life, only you know how things feel and work for you. I work primarily with women over the age of 20 who have anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, and personality disorders. I also work with women who have no idea what their issues are, only that life is difficult for them, they're going through a transition phase, or are unsure about where to go.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), along with trauma-informed care, to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you cope.
I know reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps, especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just have to be willing to show up and we will figure the rest out together.
