Hello, my work specializes in trauma informed care and spiritually focused counseling. I am trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. I have learned throughout the years that thorough healing comes not only from addressing our wounds and traumas but from a deep exploration of what we have decided about ourselves and our place in the world. Spiritual counseling shifts allegiance from the exhaustive world of self to the world of spirit. Working to release the bondage of conditioned ideas of "me" by accessing the knowing of the soul and divinity of one's Being. This work attends to wounds, traumas and negative core beliefs through the lens of only one calamity: the denial of one's divine nature.
