I am no longer in network on any insurance panels, but you may want to check your out of network benefits. I do offer consultation for therapists interested in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and other somatic approaches, and Janina Fisher's TIST work, and can help you integrate those approaches into your practice. I believe I am able to support your unique ways of working while offering a new perspective. My intention is to co-create a safe, respectful space to hold the work.
I believe effective psychotherapy is as unique as you are. I use evidence-based and creative approaches, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (consultant level), and body/mindfulness therapies. I also provide consultation to therapists, combining somatic therapy, EMDR and Janina Fisher's TIST model (I am a certified TIST practitioner).
I work well with people who are open to considering new perspectives, and who understand that the work of growth is both challenging and worthwhile. I am at the core a body-centered somatic therapist. Clients report gaining tools to more effectively manage challenges, as well as being able to access a calmer, more grounded place in themselves.

Workshop: Demystifying Trauma - Refresher
This 3 hour workshop is offered periodically for therapists who want an overview of current models for treating complex trauma. It is ideal for therapists who work with trauma and those who are interested in a summary of helpful foundational elements of trauma work. This summary includes phase oriented treatment, window of tolerance, polyvagal theory, animal survival defense system, clinical application of structural dissociation model, attachment theory, and how to do effective psychoeducation for clients.
