I work online as an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapist, a method scientifically proven to heal deep-set problems. It is extremely helpful, even for tough cases! I also utilize NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), a technique for changing negative beliefs, CBT, and my own forgiveness protocol, the Namaste Dialogues.

Many clients say they are amazed at how quickly their problems are cleared with my techniques, sometimes after years of other therapy. In addition, I am a coach, author and supervisor of therapist interns & EMDR Therapists-in-Training. I have been a therapist for over 25 years, and absolutely love my work.
