Hope. Choice. Change. Growth.
If any of these feel distant right now, you’re not alone—and they're not out of reach.
I am a Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor with over 30 years experience in recovery work, supporting individuals and families navigating substance use and its impact on identity, relationships and daily life. My approach is collaborative and individualized, with a strong emphasis on client autonomy. I can provide informed guidance on options such as harm reduction, 12-Step programs, SMART recovery and rehab, without pressure or prescription.
After working in addiction treatment centers from 2020–2025, I opened my private practice to offer the type of care often limited in larger systems: flexible treatment length and individualized treatment goals that may or may not include abstinence. I do not use AI to record or analyze sessions.
If you're looking for an addiction specialist who is confidential, nonjudgmental, deeply experienced and genuinely human—someone who can hold both seriousness and humor, structure and flexibility—I welcome you to reach out.
