As a counselor, I have provided services in a variety of sessions including, schools (K-12 public education supporting families, students, and teachers with student’s mental health needs), therapeutic community mental health, telehealth, office setting, and in-home counseling. These challenges may consist of, but not limited to, ADHD, anxiety, boundaries, depression, developmental and behavioral childhood/adolescent issues, family dynamics, grief/loss, trauma, and any other challenges that may present itself in an individual’s life.
I provide a therapeutic atmosphere that is safe and nonjudgmental for each child, family, or individual reaching seeking support to create a therapeutic alliance within the counseling relationship.
