I have been successful in utilizing a combination of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), strengths-based therapy, brief solution-focused therapy and other mindfulness-based approaches to address difficult issues. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, perinatal mental health disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and supporting individuals through life transitions. I enjoy guiding clients to explore emotions, attitudes, and beliefs that may have hindered them in their past attempts at personal growth.
