I provide a compassionate, practical, down-to-earth approach to therapy. My goal is to assist clients in gaining insight and understanding problematic patterns in their lives. Actualizing the insight into healthy cognitive, behavioral, relational and spiritual dimensions is the primary focus of therapy. In a safe, respectful environment, clients can develop the necessary skill for a more satisfying, fulfilling life. I am committed to guiding people honestly, with hope, humor and creativity in this unique process.
I have expertise in working with anxiety, depression, traumas, relationships, co-dependency, grief/loss, self-esteem and life transitions. I have worked extensively with helping clients improve their skills with stress and anger management, conflict resolution and overall communication patterns.
I have a special interest in assisting clients with prioritzing and simplifying their lives, while gaining awareness of the kinds of things that regularly influence their choices and perspectives.
