I help clients untangle the weight of trauma, anxiety, and relationship struggles so they can move toward healing and growth. I bring a mix of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and practical coping strategies into sessions, always tailored to the person in front of me. My role is to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and provide support
