Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the impact of past trauma? I have over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Using both traditional talk therapy and/or art therapy, we explore what's beneath the surface and build practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful, lasting growth.
