I specialize within a variety of treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and Behavior Modification. Appreciating that therapy is not the same for everyone, I work with clients to create an individualized experience to meet their goals. I serve CO, MT, KS and the small towns in them.

OCD Treatment Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We offer a 2-week VIRTUAL Adult OCD Intensive-Outpatient Program (IOP) to have more frequent and concentrated treatment for those who are currently in OCD treatment with a therapist. A Bootcamp stye of intensity can often give you the kickstart you need. There are always sacrifice’s, and this 2 week Bootcamp Style program of IOP may allow for you to attend with little disruption to life. Extended lunch, partial leave from work, specific dates and times you can carve out of your schedule to focus on you. January 2023 START DATE Cost $1,750, payment plans available.

Teen online OCD Group

VIRTUAL teen group at 4:30p e/o Thursday. Open to ages 15-17. Closed group format will run from 9/12 -12/5. Focus of this group will be on OCD recovery and coping alongside Mindfulness and real life uses. It is suggested that teens already be in or have been in ERP treatment prior. Come join us for fun ways to combat OCD. Cost is $45/group, suggested to only miss 1 group as this group is only every other week.
