I specialize in working with neurodiverse children, teens, and young adults, offering therapy that is individualized, neuroaffirming, and playfully engaging. Whether your child is Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise uniquely wired, I create a space where they feel seen, safe, and supported.

In my sessions, we use play, art, and games to build trust, develop emotional awareness, and practice real-life coping skills. I help clients understand their emotions, explore body-based cues, and build a toolbox of strategies to regulate overwhelming feelings or behaviors. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all — we’ll collaborate to discover what works best.

Together, we’ll identify triggers, build insight, and gently practice tools that support confidence, connection, and growth. My goal is to meet each client where they are — and walk alongside them with curiosity, compassion, and creativity.
