Are you holding deep shame and embarrassment for something in the past that was beyond your control? Maybe you have a need to be in control or have everything perfect; or put others' needs first all the time, suffering from guilt for saying "no". Perhaps you have feelings of worthlessness, struggling with a paralyzing fear of going shopping on a busy day. Maybe physical symptoms like sleep disturbances, gut pain, racing heartbeat? When stress hormones flood your body, you're not working to full potential. Domestic violence, car accidents, sexual assault, childhood abuse, and sudden losses - all can be root causes to you symptoms.
I creatively integrate methods such as EMDR, Inner child work, and expressive arts. I'll show you how to have compassion for your younger self and nurture that little one in you. You'll learn how to recognize your triggers and become the adult you needed as a kid. It's weird & beautiful. I believe in this work! I also use I-CBT for OCD symptoms.

Soon after we'll start EMDR. If you're nervous/afraid prior to EMDR, we'll help your innerchild parts trust you to do the work. You'll meet them on your healing journey. It's a beautiful process.
