Do you race from task to task, often wondering where the time went at the end of the day? Is your mind constantly reviewing your to-do list, even when you want to relax? If you answered yes to these questions, or simply have an interest in exploring the concept of mindfulness, this course is designed for you. We will explore many facets of mindfulness including styles of meditation, mindfulness in everyday activities, breath/body awareness, emotional awareness/regulation, self-compassion, and mindfulness for relationships. This 6-week course will run from April 7-May 12, 2016. Cost is $225.
