I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including art therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, family systems, and narrative therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy a good cup of coffee and dessert, shopping, reading, and spending time with my family. These personal interests help me stay grounded and bring balance to my life.
