I specialize in working with adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, and related concerns. Many clients come to therapy feeling trapped in cycles of intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, compulsions, or reassurance seeking and want lasting relief. My practice focuses on helping people break these patterns while building a life guided by their values rather than fear. As the founder of Jennifer Harris PsyD & Associates, I also lead a team of therapists with different specialties. I provide evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and CBT. Together, we'll develop practical skills to reduce OCD's grip, face uncertainty with greater confidence, and move toward the life you want.
