My work helps you release what was never meant to be carried alone and reconnect with what restores you.

With over 20 years in private practice, rooted in community mental health and inpatient care, I see adults, couples, and older teens using thoughtful, evidence-based therapy.
Wichita has been home for more than two decades. Outside the office, I love quilting, baking, time with family and friends, and staying active in my church community.
