Hello, and welcome, I’m glad you’re here. I'm Jennifer (call me Jenn), an LCSW with five years of experience offering telehealth therapy across Idaho, Oregon and Utah. I am an inclusive therapist, and I have a passion for helping all persons in our LGBTQ+ community, different lifestyles of romantic relationships, and neurodivergence. My style is direct, warm, personable, comforting, and sometimes genuinely funny — because healing doesn't have to be somber. I have an office dog named Calamity Jane (Janie) who will be present with me. She and I can't wait to meet you! I am seeing individuals 18+ years old, only.
I weave CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care into therapy work but I also tailor therapy approaches for what you need. Therapy isn’t a one therapeutic approach fits all people. We will work together and figure out what works best for you.
