We all need support and an empathetic ear and with that we are all capable of adapting. I have worked with children, families and adults for more than 20 years as they have adjusted to life’s circumstances. Over that time I have seen the impact that talking, listening and empathy can have in our lives.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults. Using a variety of treatment methods, my practice focuses on helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment, self-esteem, communication difficulties, loss, specific phobias, sleep hygiene and intimacy issues.
