I bring 20 years of experience in the Social Work field. From infants to the elderly, my experience covers the entire lifespan. I enjoy the one-on-one interaction with my clients and strive to provide them with the ability to improve their mental health. Your therapeutic experience should be both educational and enjoyable.
Your time in therapy can be interactive and inviting. My goal is to provide education and understanding of your mental health diagnosis. I will bring empathy and accountability to the table. If you want to hear more than "I understand...that must have been hard..." then I am your person. I have 2 furry assistants ready to offer cuddles during sessions.
