Trauma can be any experience that negatively impacts the way you feel or think about yourself, others, or the world. "I'm not good enough." "The world isn't safe." Do you feel like sometimes you can't control your emotions, thoughts, or reactions? This is your nervous system trying to keep you safe. I can help you identify your triggers and process the trauma so that you don't have to go through life carrying it all around with you. You do not have to live this way. Everyone's journey is unique and the brain is complicated, but there are many effective evidence-based techniques that can help us move past the trauma.

I work with culturally/gender diverse populations in managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, anger management, relationship issues, parenting, major life transitions, grief/loss, terminal illness, and end-of-life. I also have significant life experience in marriage, parenting, navigating cancer, grief/loss, and in living with a disability.

I am located near Pasadena, CA and my practice is 100% remote. I work with couples, individuals, teens, and families. I look forward to working with every one of my clients, with humility and curiosity, to explore and honor their unique authentic journeys..
