I am a perinatal mental health therapist specializing in late-diagnosed neurodivergence. I work with autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood—particularly when long-standing coping strategies stop working and life begins to feel overwhelming. I also provide loss-informed care, including support around miscarriage, TFMR, or not, and reproductive trauma.
Many of my clients present as “high-functioning”; while privately managing sensory overload, executive dysfunction, chronic masking, and burnout. Perinatal seasons often remove the buffers that once made coping possible, leading to increased distress, identity shifts, and questions that sometimes result in a late neurodivergent diagnosis.
My approach is neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in nervous-system awareness. Therapy is not about fixing you or pushing you to cope better. Instead, we focus on understanding your brain, unmasking in sustainable ways, reducing shame, and building supports that fit your needs, values, and family life.
