My name is Jennifer and my goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to help you understand, navigate, solve, and plan for the inevitable difficulties we all encounter. Life can be very complicated, and those complications are often amplified by misunderstandings, limited knowledge, and a lack of support. It is my desire as your counselor to support you through your struggles and provide you with the necessary empowerment to approach future difficulties with the confidence that you can overcome them.
I counsel with psychodynamic systems and strength-based emotion focused perspectives. This really means that I will work to acquaint myself with you holistically; culturally, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, past, present, and future. I specialize in treating young adults, adults, and am excited to begin working with couples.
I am passionate about working through trauma in a way that enables you to understand how and why your past experiences impact the way you show up in the world and in your relationships today.
