I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in supporting individuals ages 13+, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, gambling concerns, trauma, grief, abuse, and sexual addiction. Outside of work, I enjoy studying genealogy, historic preservation, and home and garden projects.
I received my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. I work from a client-centered approach, using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.
