Through our collaboration, I hope that you come to increased freedom from your automatic ways of thinking and reacting that are not serving you well, whether those patterns are rooted in trauma or simply what you've learned along the way. I hope the outcome will be an improved relationship with yourself, increased choices, forward momentum, and a stronger capacity to handle life's inevitable hardships, conflicts, pain and loss.
I draw on a depth and breadth of training, tools and experience to help you. While, I don't think therapy should last forever, I do think deep and lasting change requires a significant commitment. I tend to work more intensively (with 1 or more sessions per week) determining session frequency in collaboration with you, throughout the treatment.
