My clients are individuals, partners, or families who are seeking real, lasting change. Many of them are dealing with trauma, communication challenges, anxiety, infidelity, intimacy ruptures, or the stressors of non-traditional relationships. I work extensively with members of the military, first responders, and people in both monogamous and polyamorous or ENM relationships. My clients want to feel whole again—they want to move forward from pain, improve their relationships, and build more effective ways to cope. They come to me because they are ready to examine what’s no longer working and to grow beyond it.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor(LCSW-S) Diplomate of Clinical Social Work(DCSW) with certifications in trauma, resilience, and neuropsychotherapy. Since 2003, I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families overcome trauma, communication issues, and disconnection by building on strengths and creating effective strategies for lasting change.
