Together, we’ll build practical tools, reduce self-criticism, and help you move toward a more balanced, meaningful life at your own pace.
I will create an individualized treatment plan, including CBT & DBT, emotional regulation, body image work, relapse prevention, & collaborative care. I provide psychoeducation to help you understand your disorder & address any co-occurring disorders complicating the treatment process. I can work with other providers for a collaborative approach to care.
