Do you or your child struggle with daily stressors and anxiety due to life's uncertainties and transitions? Are you facing challenging behaviors from your teenager? With experience in community and school-based mental health, I understand the emotional peaks and valleys of life transitions from middle school to high school and into adulthood. I work with individuals aged 14 to 40 offering individual and family sessions, addressing issues such as family trauma, peer relationships, school concerns, mood disorders, social media pressures, depression, self-esteem, and self-harm.
I am a LPCC who truly hears YOU, and listens to your struggles with compassion, kindness, and empathy. I provide a safe space to explore and process feelings, identify emotions behind behaviors, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. We’ll work together on emotional regulation, crisis de-escalation, and identify barriers preventing you from reaching goals.
