I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, chronic tension, trauma, eating disorders, and PTSD. My training includes Somatic Experiencing and I integrate mindfulness, nervous system education, and trauma- informed care into our work. Whether you're looking to heal past trauma or simply feel more like you, I am here to support the process.
My approach to therapy is gentle, warm, and engaging. Through gentle, body-based techniques, I can help you tune into sensations, emotions, breath, posture, and movement so that we can uncover how your body holds past experiences, and guide it toward safety and regulation.
