Being human is wild. As a therapist, I'm deeply honored to work with clients navigating complex life experiences and wanting to deepen their understanding of their emotional world. I'm passionate about supporting people struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, and grief or loss.
I draw from several modalities including ACT, Cognitive Processing, DBT, Psychodynamic, and IFS and prioritize my clients' autonomy by providing options on how we intentionally approach and progress through our work. I bring several years of experience from a higher level of care setting (PHP / IOP) which informs my approach to all therapy interventions.
