Hola! Welcome to Vida Counseling TX! My name is Jennifer and I am a bilingual therapist who is passionate about empowering young adult individuals in reaching their full potential in life. In particular, I enjoy working with first generation young adults to help them process their generational trauma, identity development, and manage relationships and hardships.
I am passionate about building wellness and healing among young adults (18-39 y/o), in communities of color, and in particular the Latinx community. There are many generational cycles that can be deeply rooted within us that don’t necessarily align with who we want to be in this world. This can cause anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, etc.
