Are you feeling stuck or struggling with a difficult experience that you have had? Has it been hard to fully engage in present day relationships because of events from your past? Are you struggling with worry or feeling down? Do you want to improve your relationship with your partner or with your child/teenager? My goal as a therapist is to work in a collaborative manner to empower clients to work toward their goals. It is a privilege to help people improve their lives and their relationships.
I tend to do my best work helping people who have been through difficult experiences such as abuse, sexual assault, family violence, and deaths of loved ones. I am trained in EMDR, sensory motor therapy, and am IFS informed I also enjoy helping people age 10 and over who struggle with anxiety or depression. I see couples and families as well.
I believe in the resilience of people and that change and growth are always possible. I pride myself in being compassionate, open minded, and non judgmental.
