Hi! I’m Jennifer Goggin —you can call me Jen. I help high-functioning adults find calm, resilience, and lasting healing through somatic therapy in Palm Beach and virtually in Florida and Connecticut. You’re successful, intelligent, and capable — but inside, it doesn’t always feel that way. As a coach, Somatic therapist and trained psychoherapist, my approach goes beyond talk therapy to help you heal on a body and nervous system level — where stress and trauma often get stuck. Through somatic therapy, you can: Quiet the racing thoughts and finally feel calm, release the stress and trauma your body has been carrying, and reconnect with yourself.

I often use tracking body sensations in session (Siomatci Expereincing) as a way to pen up resolution in therapy sessions. I incorporate other modalities like CBT, Shadow and inner child work as well as strength-based motivational interviewing. All of these techniques support a cleint to feel better in mind and body.
