Over 20 years of experience working with adults and young adults who wish to break free from unproductive patterns, anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelm, burnout or the imprint of past traumas. My overarching approach is a Systems Theory model which has become trauma informed after extensive training and practice in trauma work. This is a wholistic approach which may also include aspects of: Interpersonal Theory, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based techniques, and useful skills from other schools of thought as appropriate.
