About
What is getting in your way of true happiness and contentment in life? What are the barriers that prevent you from being your best self? My office is a safe environment for you to explore what is keeping you from achieving your goals. We will work together to develop skills and understand the cause of the problems.
My passion is working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I am trained in EMDR treatment which can help see a reduction in trauma symptoms in a short period of time. My goal is to help a client live a more fulfilling life without allowing their past to dictate their present.
I also work with clients who experience both physical and psychological pain in the form of anxiety, depression, physical pain, substance abuse, and mood disorders. My office is a non-judgmental environment and your sense of safety and comfort is my top priority. I use aspects of mindfulness and CBT to build skills to help clients manage their symptoms.
