As a first-generation Egyptian American, I bring cultural sensitivity and lived insight into the therapy room. I support older teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, identity struggles, and trauma. Therapy with me is a space to feel seen, understood, and gently guided back to yourself.
I offer video therapy so you can feel supported from the comfort of your own home, there’s no commute, just a safe space to be yourself.
