I've been listening to women in our community share their stories of betrayal, unraveling infidelity and Deceptive Sexuality for awhile. Before becoming a therapist, I was a coach trained in yoga therapies, breath work, and meditation—I help women breathe and navigate the chaos and confusion of betrayal. I often hear betrayed partners say: "It's the lying that's the most damaging." Research confirms this. They lying is the most harmful part of cheating. This is often my focus as I support clients to create healing conditions for themselves and their families.

My work is Betrayal Trauma-focused and based in Dr. Minwalla's Deceptive Sexuality Trauma Treatment (DSTT) model, built from 20+ years of grounded research and listening to betrayed partners' experiences. This framework helps us understand 'Who was harmed? Who did the harm? And what needs to be restored?

Advanced education work for men ready and willing to replace deception with authenticity—learning to practice their genuine voice. Prerequisites: SHIFT with Dan Oakes, BABM with Dr. Minwalla OR From Harm to Healing with Chris Jones, or equivalent. This work is betrayed-partner centered, harm-reduction focused, and authenticity driven. Facilitated by: Dan Oakes, Emily McIntosh, and myself.
