I specialize in helping clients going through life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, stress, body image, self-esteem, depression, relationship struggles, and alcohol use. I use a compassionate, client lead, trauma informed approach that utilizes CBT, ACT, Mindfulness techniques, BrainSpotting, and Energy Psychology all with a focus on the Mind/Body connection.
