Not matter if you are a family of one or more, anxiety reduction and relationship issues are a fundamental focus. I also work with families who have loved ones on the Autism Spectrum.
It is hard for us to see our strengths, supports, or even the people who are truly there for us. The world can be a place where we focus on the negatives. I can help you find and focus on the positives. I can help you learn what behaviors work in your life and which ones don't serve you anymore. Each client is different, and I work with you on your level.
