Hello! I am first-generation Latina, who speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Born in CA, now living in WA state and a dog lover who enjoys time in nature on my days off. I am a wife and a mother that understands many of the daily life stressors. The clients I serve might feel stuck or overwhelmed in their current life, unsure how to navigate their emotions or challenges. They seek therapy because they want to improve their mental well-being and gain clarity about their emotional state. They want a space to express themselves, understand their feelings, and gain tools for coping. They seek therapy because they desire change.
I specialize in individual therapy for clients 16 and older, using a culturally sensitive approach with use of various evidenced-based practices.
