My approach to therapy is collaborative and nonjudgmental with you as the guide to your change. My belief is that individuals carry out life the best way they know how. Sometimes an individual's coping skills may have become maladaptive or no longer function. I believe that change occurs when one can practice self acceptance and make connections between their current and/or past patterns of thinking, their beliefs about themselves, their emotions, and behaviors.

I enjoy helping individual adult clients navigate life challenges such as anxiety, relationship issues, self acceptance, managing dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors, life skills, adjusting to life changes, and those seeking overall self exploration/improvement. I offer the option to engage in therapy in the comfort of my office or via video or phone.
