Hello! I am a highly caring and skilled professional dedicated to helping my clients work through their worries, struggles and pain to achieve healthier, more successful and enjoyable lives. I work with individuals to overcome stress, anxiety and depression so that they can be their best selves. I assist couples in moving from unhappy and dissatisfying relationships to ones with more love and intimacy. I provide parents with extra tools and support so they can take even better care of their children. I help divorcees not just survive but move through their divorce with dignity and be better positioned for a more fulfilling life.

I take excellent care of my clients. My practice includes well researched therapeutic interventions to make it easier for individuals to navigate through life's challenges and reach their goals as soon as is possible. My work is grounded in principles of collaboration, movement, healing, compassion, empowerment, yoga, and creating value for my clients.
