Often we experience situations that can cause us to feel overwhelmed and sometimes powerless. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy. I focus on the integration of effective therapeutic modalities in order to develop an individualized treatment that best fits your needs. I create a welcoming and warm environment so you can feel comfortable to address and process tough issues and experiences.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a certification in perinatal mental health. I am also trained in EMDR. I am available to work with adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
