I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but I am focused on implementing an integrative approach, as therapy is not, a one size fits all. I have been granted the opportunity to assist various individuals from adolescents to older adult populations. I have experience with trauma, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, panic, depression, ODD, ADHD, and more.
I enjoy working with children and adults alike. My mission is to walk alongside clients as they face life's obstacles and genuinely make a difference, aiding them in finding balance, for both themselves and within relationships. I strive to offer a non-judgmental safe space for all clients.
